Deliveries
There is a delivery charge of £35.00 for furniture deliveries to mainland UK. Orders over £750.00 qualify for free delivery.
There is a delivery charge of £5.35 for giftware deliveries.
Furniture Deliveries To keep the price as low as possible for our customers we deliver the larger items on a pallet to your front door, it is then your responsibilty to take the items into your home, we are sorry but the driver will not be able to help you with this as he is not insured to enter your home,
Please ensure you have a person with you to help you unload the items off the pallet and take them into your property.
Please advise us 48 hours in advance if you are unable to be present for your delivery we can then re-arrange without penalty.

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from The Gift Company. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your order for any reason, at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact us by telephone, email or fax to advise of your return(s) within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
2 At the point of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your order the driver will not be able to take the goods away, you will need to take the goods in and notify us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or a collection as soon as we possibly can. This does not affect your statutory rights.
