Information & FAQ
Whilst we endeavour to despatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur at busy times. It is not always possible to guarantee stock of all products at once. Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to a high demand for a certain line or we are awaiting our next shipment. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Delivery
For small giftware orders, the order will be delivered by UPS.
For furniture orders, the order will be delivered by Palletline and will be arranged prior to despatch.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
If you have any faulty or damaged goods, then please contact us on 01244 536945 so we can either arrange a refund or get a replacement sent out to you.
